We
are Geof Baldry (English), Lida Baldry (Dutch), Gigi Varsakis (half
Greek, half Dutch) and Jacqui Morris (English).
We (Geof and Lida)
have lived in Skiathos as an integral part of the community for the last
thirty five years and know the island as well, if not better than most
natives. Over ten years ago we created Skiathos Property and have been
selling villas, town houses, commercial properties and plots of land to
discerning clients ever since. We are able to ease you through all the
paperwork and any legal problems that might arise during the process of
acquiring property on this beautiful island and will see you through
your purchase from start to finish.
We were joined by Gigi in 2006 who, after visiting the island every
summer for many years, has now become a permanent resident and a welcome
addition to the office.
In 2007, we were then
joined by Jacqui who, like Gigi, had holidayed on the island for many
summers. Jacqui moved here in 2005 and has since become a permanent
resident.

Our office is situated just 50 metres from the harbour at the bottom
of Papadiamantis Street (the main street), on the first floor of the
building that has the "Syraina" Antiques and Jewellery shop on the
ground floor. Just go to the left around Syraina and you will see
our sign and stairs leading to our office. You are very welcome to
call in to see the large and varied selection of properties on our
