EXTREME MAKE OVER WANTED....

In one of the most authentic areas of Skiathos Town an old stone house is waiting for someone to come and renovate it, and restore it into a nice family home.
It was last lived in 25 years ago, and has been abandoned ever since. Its ground floor could be restored as the stone walls are still solid, but the upper floor would need complete replacement. Currently it has a small court yard, and a there was a terrace on the first floor, with a view to Skiathos Town.
